Payment on the day of treatment

We appreciate payment on the day of treatment. Eftpos and credit/debit card preferred

We accept a couple of finance options:

Before signing up to any finance option we advise that you make sure you do your research and talk to your bank as well.

Unpaid accounts over 90 days will be sent to Debt Collectors, and any fees incurred will be added to your account.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy. This allows us time to fill the opening.
If you fail to notify us that you can’t make your appointment, you will be charged a deposit for future appointments. This is $40 per half hour. If you fail to attend your appointment this is forfeit. This can be paid at the clinic or via internet banking.
Deposits will be refunded if 48 hours notice is given.
